The Red Party

Levi turned three on April 6th. Can you believe it? He moved on from his obsession with trains to an obsession with the color red. EVERYTHING has been about red since our friend's son mentioned that red was his favorite color (thank you, Benno). Here are a few of my favorite pictures from Levi's red party.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

My friend Thea's dad dressed up as Santa and brought our kids presents. It was so sweet and fun!

 We went for a visit to Kelowna the weekend before Christmas to see Aunt Kami, Uncle Nathan, and GG Klassen. We had a lot of fun! Can you tell?

Here are a few of my favorite Christmas Pictures. 

 Yes, that's a toy chainsaw Levi is holding. He asked for a chainsaw for months. My dad would've LOVED it! 

 Our little Isaac is almost 7 months old already! He's almost sitting all my himself now and he's started eating some solid food. He's still not sleeping through the night, though, so don't ask ;). 

We had our picture taken with Santa this year. I made many copies to put in our Christmas card this year. What? You didn't receive a card from us this year?! Hmmm....well, that's because I just didn't have it in me this year. I hand delivered a few, but the whole addressing and mailing process never happened. Know that even though we didn't say it, we love you all and hope you had a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

GG Overland

Great Grandma Overland (my dad's mom) came for a visit a few weeks ago. She met Isaac for the first time. We had such a nice visit with her and Uncle Tim.

Thanksgiving and Beyond

We had a lovely Thanksgiving at Kristen and Daniel's. Here are a few of my favorite pictures. 

 One evening we let Isaac chaw (typo intentional) on newspaper. He had such a fun time, but it took much effort to get all of the black off of him. 

 Uncle Tim brought my Grandma Overland up for a visit to meet Isaac. We had a wonderful day together.

 Isaac's friend, Evie, is trying to eat him limb by limb in this picture. She is a few days older than him and the same size. It was fun to see them together and compare personalities. She is quite the social butterfly and comedian. Isaac just sat back and watched. I think he's going to turn out to be a laid back guy. :)
